By defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Detroit got its first victory away from home in more than three years. as they prepare a team that has a miserable 1-6 record at home this season, the Lions hope to make it three wins in a row before finishing their season at home against Minnesota next week.
For Miami, this has been yet another disappointing season for the Fish. It’s very hard to explain how a team with a 7-7 record is 1-6 at home. With a running game that leaves a lot to be desired and an erroneous quarterback, the Dolphins organization seem hopeless at the time.
"They've been booing the last couple of weeks, so I guess we're used to it," Chad Henne said this week. "It's a sick feeling for us not to have home-field advantage."
